Fall 2025 League Information

Below is the clique league information for Fall of 2025. Check back in Spring of 2026 for league format and registration information.

Welcome to Loudoun Ultimate Frisbee's roster organization website. This tool assists players in finding captains, and vice versa. All payments and final roster registrations are managed by Darren Bailey at LC PRCS.

League Details

  • Maximum Teams: 8 for the league
  • Season Format: 6 regular season games and final, single-elimination tournament for top 6 teams
  • Game Day and Times: Tuesday at 6:30pm or 8:00pm
  • Start Date: Tuesday, September 16, 2025
  • Location: Hal & Berni Hanson Regional Park, Fields 14 or 16
  • Makeup Games: Scheduled as needed Monday-Friday (historically, an extra game on a subsequent Tuesday)

Entry Fee

  • $350 per team
  • A $50 late fee applies to teams registering after the deadline, contingent on available space
  • $35 for free agent

Roster Requirements

  • Maximum 20 players
  • Minimum 2 FMPs (Female Matching Players), in order to keep minimum 6:1 gender ratio on field during games. 5:2 or more ideal, depending on individual games.

Registration Deadline and Logistics

  • Free agents can try to locate teams by using this website's roster system, by attending weekly pickup, or by signing up individually. Darren Bailey will try to find a team for those who sign up individually by contacting teams or by creating a free agent team made up entirely of the individual registrations. You are NOT guaranteed a team if you sign up by this method, so the LC PRCS website will not take payment from you until you are assigned.

  • To register a final roster, captains must fill out the team roster form (full legal names, signatures, phone numbers) and the completed commitment form (including email address). These documents must be emailed to Darren Bailey at Darren.Bailey@loudoun.gov. The $350 fee is submitted via a check payable to "County of Loudoun" or online here: https://bit.ly/47bt9S1. Email Darren or call (703) 771-5211 if you encounter any difficulties.
  • Deadline is Tuesday, September 9 at 5:00pm (Close of Business) -- NO EXCEPTIONS
